Can I get a juvenile charge expunged?

Yes. You qualify for expungement if you were a juvenile who was found delinquent of a non-moving traffic offense or misdemeanor, five years have passed since the last hearing, and you have attained the age of 19 years of age.

Additionally, you may qualify for expungement if you were a juvenile who was found delinquent of an offense involving the use of a motor vehicle and you have attained the age of 29 years of age. However, juvenile convictions which would be a felony if tried as an adult are generally not eligible for expungement.
